Two Zen teachers visited a rich lord.
The first said to him: "You are wise by nature and have an inborn ability to learn Zen."
The second said: Why do you flatter him? He may be a rich lord but he does not know anything about Zen.
The lord built a temple and invited the second teacher to study with him.
